The last SONA of PGMA before she leaves the presidential seat on 2010. It is your right to hear the speech then judge if its realistic or not.
As expected there will be rallies, and show of expensive gowns and jewelries of our elected officials. Despite all of those we still need to watch because we are Filipinos and it may help us judge for the next coming elections.
President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo’s pronouncements in the State of the Nation Address (SONA) will dictate the direction of next year’s budget, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
Budget Sec. Rolando Andaya Jr said they have yet to finalize the national budget for 2009, noting that the executive department still has a month to submit a budget proposal to Congress.
